Passion and SAP expertise are helpful when you dedicate your working life to the HCM area. The team around Harald Deckenbacher does this with INFORMATICS HR Services GmbH, which was founded in 2015.
The focus at INFORMATICS HR Services is very clear: the "H" for "Human" is always written in capital letters. The team puts its heart and soul and its SAP expertise into people. People who can rely on them. "The system itself only provides support," says team leader Harald Deckenbacher. No other SAP area requires more understanding and the ability to empathize with the individual perspectives and workflows of the specialist departments. "Together, we try to find out what customers need and do our best to achieve this. The essence of HR services is active listening and helping people to help themselves."
Whether payroll, time management, organizational management, qualification matrix, ...: Everything that directly affects employees is mapped in SAP HCM. "People rely on us," says Wolfgang Thurner, SAP HCM Senior Consultant. And this will continue to be the case in the future: "HR topics are always changing, be it new legal requirements or other employee self-service topics, such as mobile leave requests." The big picture always remains in view: "HCM is alive, always on the move and one thing above all is at the center: the 'H' for Human. Our focus is and remains on people."
We will continue to work on this until the optimum is achieved: "We are aware that we bear a great responsibility for the everyday working lives of tens of thousands of people. Because if even one person doesn't receive their salary on time, that is unacceptable to us." This can only be achieved with passion and perseverance. "Even if it sometimes takes longer: only clean and well thought-out solutions save time and take the pressure off," says Harald Deckenbacher. For every project, the team draws a 360-degree picture of the organization - with people always at the center of the picture. "From this picture, we then move on to implementation." The team thus closes the gap between employees and technology and "this is only possible through mutual trust and active communication".
