Growing Together

Since its founding in 1999, INFORMATICS has grown from a sole proprietorship into a highly specialized SAP group of companies. To ensure we can always offer small and medium-sized businesses the most tailored solutions, we have grown strategically over the years and consolidated our expertise into four key areas: Consulting & Development, Healthcare, HR Services, and Life Sciences.

A look at our history reveals how we came together as a corporate family and the strategic milestones that have shaped our shared journey to this day

Business process management with process modeling is a key focus here.

Moving to Salzburger Straße

The days of being purely a subcontractor are over; the company is now securing its first major deals of its own, laying the groundwork for its first in-house product (RTA). As the company grows, it needs more space and is moving to a new office in Linz.

Expansion of the ownership and management team and establishment of INFORMATICS Consulting & Development GmbH

The sole proprietorship INFORMATICS becomes a limited liability company (GmbH) under the leadership of Peter Altreiter and Henry Ritzlmayr. The team continues to grow with the addition of its first employees, and from now on, all efforts are focused on a single goal: SAP.

Launch of INFORMATICS in Leonding

Partnership with an ERP software vendor

The company founders quickly realize that custom programming is not sustainable in the long run. They enter the ERP project business through a distribution partnership. The focus is on the process industry: food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and paints/coatings.

KEK Company Formation in Unterschleißheim

The company began its successful journey by providing custom software and with the goal of developing its own licensed software. The company’s name is derived from the initials of the three founders’ last names.
