      The SAP SD sales module offers a variety of customised process options, with financial integration in particular forming an important basis. INFORMATICS adapts such core processes to your needs and takes into account factors such as dependency on material masters, availability or pricing, as well as variant configurations, customer service and one-off production.

      SAP SD also focuses on customers and customer relationships, which is why the topics of customer experience and OmiChannel solutions are set up at a high level. Shipping, route processing and transport management are also supported, whereby we guarantee a seamless delivery process representation using SAP EM (Event Management), especially for more complex logistics routes.

      INFORMATICS ensures a continuous and seamless logistics process chain with the right implementation of suitable SAP modules. Through many years of experience, we know how to create a connection to customers, suppliers and clearing centres without losing sight of the customers' needs. Challenges that arise due to various system restrictions are solved at INFORMATICS with a variety of innovative technologies. In doing so, we usually upgrade the standard functions with additional logistics - for example, cross-departmental procurement processes can be optimised particularly effectively through the use of SAP workflow scenarios.

      With SAP SRM, on the other hand, suppliers can be directly integrated into the procurement process and the entire procurement can be strategically aligned. We also support SAP with the MDG (Master Data Governance) tool, which offers a user-friendly way to channel and release master data changes. ARIBA has also recently become part of the SAP family, which means that we can now also offer end-to-end procurement processes as a cloud service.
