      What exactly is the application process at INFORMATICS? Which documents are relevant and when do you get to know the team?

      You can find out all this and more in our overview, in which we describe our process and getting to know each other step-by-step.

      Tips for your application documents

      We want to get a picture of you and your experience before the first interview. We therefore look forward to receiving your application documents. For us, a complete application includes the following documents:

      • A cover letter
      • a well-structured curriculum vitae
        • Who are you and what makes you
        • What training path did you take
        • What does your professional career look like?
      • your certificates
      • any references

      Invitation to the initial interview

      Your application documents have convinced us. You will soon be contacted by our HR department and receive an invitation to an initial interview with the future manager.

      For us, an interview at eye level is essential. We see these interviews as an exchange about the requirements of the advertised position and the expectations of all persons involved. Only in this way can we find out whether a long-term cooperation is fulfilling for both parties and whether we fit together.

      Invitation to get to know the team

      Once we have convinced you and you have convinced us during the initial interview, we would like to invite you to get to know our team personally.

      Here you can get to know your future colleagues better, exchange information about tasks and requirements and we give you a detailed insight into our offices and our open corporate culture.

      Glad you are part of our team

      Once your contract has been signed, we look forward to welcoming you to our offices on your first day of work and starting the onboarding process.

      Here, the HR department will first welcome you, introduce you to the team and show you your workplace. We will then hand you over to your mentor, who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the next few weeks of the settling-in phase.

      During a joint lunch with your new colleagues, you can exchange information about the formal and informal customs at INFORMATICS.
