Superbloom Concert with Lewis Capaldi – Contest

Object

  • These terms and conditions govern participation in the “INFORMATICS – Superbloom Concert with Lewis Capaldi” sweepstakes (hereinafter “the sweepstakes”) organized by INFORMATICS Holding GmbH, Technologiering 13-17, 4060 Leonding (hereinafter “INFORMATICS”), as well as the use of the data provided by participants.
  • By participating in this competition, participants unconditionally accept these conditions of participation. This also applies to any changes to these conditions of participation.
  • Participants who do not comply with the following conditions will be excluded from the competition.
  • You can enter the contest starting June 24, 2026, via instagram.com/informatics-sap and www.facebook.com/informatics. The contest begins on June 24, 2026, and ends on July 8, 2026 (entry deadline).

Handling of the competition and prizes

  • One pair of personalized front-of-stage tickets to the Superbloom 2026 Concert featuring Lewis Capaldi, Bastille, and Jessie Murph at Munich’s Olympiapark (September 2, 2026) will be raffled off among all participants .
  • Participants must follow INFORMATICS and comment on who they want to go to the concert with.
  • The prizes will be drawn at random from all participants; the winner will be announced without guarantee. Only one prize per person is possible.
  • Winners are asked to contact us via the comments section with a personal message to confirm their prize and arrange for the delivery of their personalized tickets with INFORMATICS. (To personalize the tickets, we will need the first name, last name, and email address of the winner and their guest.)
  • It is not possible to settle the winnings in cash, in other material assets or to transfer them to other persons. The winners may waive their winnings.
  • If addresses or e-mail addresses are incorrect or invalid, INFORMATICS is not obliged to find the winner. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect data shall be borne by the participant.
  • Only individuals who are residents of Germany and at least 18 years of age may enter the contest. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  • The following persons are not permitted to take part in the competition:
    • employees of INFORMATICS Holding GmbH and all employees of INFORMATICS subsidiaries.

Terms and Conditions Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  • In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Participation, the relationship between INFORMATICS, the participant, and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) is governed by the Terms of Service (available at www.facebook.com/policies_center/) and the Privacy Policy (available at www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation).
  • This contest is in no way affiliated with Meta and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by Meta. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Meta, but INFORMATICS.
  • Questions regarding the contest should be directed to marketing@informatics.at, not to Meta.

Subject to change

  • INFORMATICS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend or terminate the competition prematurely and thus to modify the conditions of participation in part or in full. Such changes shall become effective upon publication of the amended terms and conditions of participation.

Publicity rights and data protection:

  • INFORMATICS takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

Exclusion of liability and warranty, force majeure

  • INFORMATICS points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. INFORMATICS accepts no liability whatsoever for the competition. In particular, the competition may be terminated due to external circumstances and constraints. In such cases, participants are not entitled to any claims against INFORMATICS.
  • INFORMATICS accepts no liability for technical failure or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. INFORMATICS accepts no liability for failed computer transmissions or technical errors.
  • Participants hereby undertake to indemnify INFORMATICS against all claims arising from participation in the competition.
  • Without prejudice to other statutory provisions, the following exclusions and limitations of liability apply to INFORMATICS' liability. INFORMATICS is only liable for direct damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded, except in the case of personal injury. If the prize is not available due to force majeure (in particular war, unrest, pandemics), INFORMATICS may offer an alternative prize. However, there is no entitlement to replacement prizes.
