“Old hand”:
My name is Uwe Reinhold, and I’ve been with KEK since 1999. I work at KEK as an SAP consultant and developer, and I’m in charge of the development team. I also support two clients using our legacy system, Charisma/AS.
“Youngster”:
My name is Hari Mohan Awasthi, and I’ve been with KEK since 2020. I also work as an SAP consultant and developer at KEK. I’ve worked on three projects, and I’m currently providing EWM and TM consulting for the current project.
- What has “the young” learned from “the old,” and vice versa?
Hari: I should be more patient when working with customers, accept their requests, and provide them with advice.
Uwe: I’m learning new programming techniques (ABAP OO) from Hari, and he’s already been able to give me a few good insider tips on SAP (e.g., for debugging). - How does the collaboration work?
Uwe and Hari: We complement each other well. The younger one works quickly, while the older one takes more time to think things through 🤔. - What motivated “Alt” to join KEK and remain loyal to the company for so long?
Uwe: KEK was a small team with flat hierarchies. There was only Mr. Erasmus, and everyone else served as both consultants and developers. This allowed me to do programming work while also interacting directly with clients. Over the years, I’ve worked with so many clients across various industries and on a wide range of projects. - What made “Jung” decide to join KEK, and what do they like about it?
Hari: The phrase “At KEK, our customers and employees come first” on the website really stood out to me. I appreciate the sense of camaraderie among all my colleagues
