Generational Interview with Thomas & Alisa

Alisa joined KEK in 2017, and Thomas joined KEK in 2012. Both are SAP consultants.

1. What has the “younger” generation learned from the “older” generation, and vice versa?
   
   Alisa: A structured approach to work, extensive knowledge of SAP and business processes—not just in logistics, but also in related modules.
   Thomas: I’m always happy to see young colleagues tackle projects with enthusiasm and to be able to share my knowledge when they have questions or encounter problems.
   
2. How is the collaboration going?
   
   Alisa: Perfectly! Thomas always understands what I mean (even before I’ve said it😉).
   Thomas: Project work is teamwork, and we complement each other very well. The balanced combination of experience and carefree spirit does the rest.
   
3. What made “Alt” decide to join KEK and remain loyal to the company for so long?
   
   Thomas: I already knew some of my colleagues at KEK from previous projects, and Wolfgang asked me if I’d be interested in working with KEK. I was!  
   
4. What made you decide to join KEK, and what do you like about it?
   
   Alisa: The downtown office and the "Standard" module in SAP were what made me decide to join KEK. So far, I’m really impressed that one person can set up multiple modules on their own.
