From 2025 to now - an agile plan for the S/4HANA changeover

The system changeover to SAP S/4HANA was originally planned for 2025. Thanks to the professional best-practice approach and cooperation between the consultants and the SAP team at HAINZL, the conversion took place earlier than planned.

During the project, everything that comes to mind during brainstorming for risk analysis happened," recalls Raffael Retzer, Solution Architect for the project.
