The quick solution involved creating lists of who was allowed to enter the hospital at all. “Only one person with an appointment was allowed to enter the hospital.”
INFORMATICS leveraged its expertise with the client’s SAP i.s.h.med system and implemented a report in record time that limits the number of people inside the hospital. Using i.s.h.med appointment management lists, the system identified patients who had an appointment at the facility on the specified date and authorized them to enter the hospital to attend their appointment. By distinguishing between outpatient and inpatient cases, it was also ensured that inpatient patients could attend their appointments within the facility.
