The EXPLORE phase has begun
The project is currently in the explore phase and the first fit-to-standard workshops have started. The user stories are currently being worked through together with the customer and best practices are being checked directly on the system. At the same time, the first business processes are being implemented in the starter system.
In the workshops, the fundamental course is set for future business processes. The focus is on analyzing existing processes as well as developing innovative process solutions. The intensive exchange between the project teams ensures that the future processes are optimally aligned with the company's requirements.
