      Yavuz, our career changer

      Yavuz is a good example of how someone with a background in the field can successfully transition into SAP consulting. After finishing school and completing further training to become a logistics specialist, he worked in the logistics sector for several years.

      During this time, he worked extensively with SAP SD and MM and later took on the role of key user in SAP EWM. His work on processes and systems sparked his interest in delving even deeper into SAP—and taking the next step in his career.

      Looking for a new challenge, Yavuz applied to INFORMATICS Life Sciencesthrough a job platform—and it was a perfect fit right away.

      His onboarding began right away on a client project, which allowed him to quickly gain practical experience.

      The opportunities for professional development also played a key role in his decision. Yavuz has taken full advantage of these opportunities: Today, he is a certified SAP consultant for EWM, among other things, and continues to develop his skills.

      Maximilian, our in-house consultant

      Before joining INFORMATICS Life Sciences, Maximilian worked as a supply chain manager in the company’s internal consulting division. There, he gained extensive experience with ERP systems and business processes.

      His desire not only to optimize processes internally but also to actively support companies in further developing their systems eventually led him to SAP consulting.

      “I’m familiar with the requirements of an ERP system from my previous jobs. My constant drive to improve and optimize has motivated me to apply this knowledge to help our clients and provide them with the best possible support. I find it particularly exciting to explore new business areas and map out processes within the system.”

      Andreas is a prime example of what a successful career change into the SAP world can look like. Prior to this, he worked in industry for many years, including as a production manager.

      In his day-to-day work, he frequently dealt with process improvements and the requirements for ERP systems. He quickly realized that he particularly enjoyed analyzing and optimizing workflows. “The need for an ERP system arises directly from real-world practice. I’ve always particularly enjoyed improving these very processes and making them easy to understand.”

      The move into SAP consulting was therefore a deliberate decision: Today, Andreas brings his hands-on experience from the production floor to client projects and helps companies make their processes more efficient.
