#10 Changes in SAP PP
SAP Senior Logistics Consultant Elisabeth Steinbach guides you through the changes in production planning and scheduling that occur when switching from R/3. She goes into detail about the change in production versions that were not previously required in R/3, but are mandatory in S/4HANA. She also explains Predictive MRP (Material Requirement Planning), which is the successor to long-term planning. This makes it easy to simulate requirements plans and available capacities, among other things. There are also a variety of Fiori apps that can be used in production planning. But of course, the classic GUI can still be used for PP/Dispo transactions.
