Finding the best brains for our customers' SAP projects is a particular concern for us at
INFORMATICS. In doing so, we must, of course respond appropriately to changes in the job market.
Because the fact is: applicants with SAP know-how can currently choose from many jobs and have to be convinced by the companies. Together with the advertising agency ARTGROUP, which has been with us since 2009, we developed the idea and implementation of our new HR campaign: We believe there is a need for an SAP movement that can fight for the votes of applicants in the style of a political party.
Peppered with homages to real election campaigns, we advertise on posters and in person in downtown Linz as well as digitally with a campaign kickoff speech and press conference. We're doing what it takes to get the "votes" of the best minds in the country. And the path we've taken is already showing success. Already in the first weeks after publication we received numerous applications and new SAP experts now complete the INFORMATICS family.
The entire INFORMATICS team - in the front line of course Otto Kitzmüller together with Nicole Jauker-Nadschläger, Peter Altreiter and Richard Simmer - supports the movement with full commitment. But see for yourself - here on the pictures and also on:
