Congratulations to our colleague Karlheinz on passing his “SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing” certification
KEK: Karlheinz, great job! You’re already an experienced SAP consultant. How was the exam for you? A piece of cake or a real grind? And what were the highlights of your study experience?
Karlheinz: My practical experience from past projects also helped me here, allowing me to have it confirmed once again in theory. It’s been a few days since I earned my SAP ECC certification. You don’t just pull this certification out of thin air, and of course, it isn’t handed to you on a silver platter—no pain, no gain. Balancing learning and work was, of course, a double burden, but that made the feeling after passing the exam all the sweeter. My “multilingual highlight” 😊 was taking the exam in German after completing the learning journey in English. Mission accomplished!
KEK: How does the certificate help you in your day-to-day work?
Karlheinz: Nothing lasts forever. Just as a vehicle inspection sticker has an expiration date, so does a consultant’s certification. The expertise I gained from S/4 HANA implementation projects has allowed me to cut down on the time I spend poring over textbooks. It is the synergy between theory and practice that defines us as consultants.
