SAP H4S4 and SuccessFactors: The path to a hybrid HR strategy

On the other hand, there is SuccessFactors, the cloud suite for modern HR work. With a focus on talent management, employee experience, and international scalability, it offers a wide range of modules—from recruiting and learning to performance management. The intuitive user interface, regular innovations, and compliance updates make SuccessFactors particularly attractive for forward-looking HR departments. However, there are still functional gaps in payroll and time management, which—as things stand today—must be closed by using H4S4 in parallel.
