Review: Concentrated expertise for greater efficiency

Understanding these processes and making them more productive has been our core competence for 25 years. We are involved in everything from the textile, plastics, food, and pharmaceutical industries to breast implants and naturopathy, from industrial warehouses to operating rooms, to name just a few areas. We work with long-standing customers such as Lenzing AG and new customers such as Hevert Arzneimittel.

New territory offers opportunities

We grow with every single project. We grow with the tasks and challenges that currently seem greater than ever before. But no matter how complex a task is, the search for solutions drives us more than anything else. And in doing so, we often break new ground, for example with a simple problem that has driven many people crazy, such as a forgotten password for SAP login. Problem identified, problem solved. Because this problem became a solution, or rather an INFORMATICS product.

In the medical sector, we are establishing spot extensions, flexibly adaptable modules for targeted process simplification. We are taking our first steps with APEX, the low-code/no-code platform from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We are joining forces with partners in the Life Sciences Alliance to ensure that digitalization does not become a burden for small and medium-sized enterprises in the life sciences industry, but rather a real competitive advantage. In short, we enable opportunities.

family matter

Opportunities that are also reflected in the career paths of many of our employees. This time, we would like to introduce Andrea Leitner, whom many of you already know. She also likes to use the term "family" when talking about the INFORMATICS team. We see ourselves as such a family. And so our customers' challenges become real family matters that are mastered with concentrated expertise.
