Our intern Lian (16) has already decided for a summer at INFORMATICS for the second time: "I already noticed at my job interview that it just fits." The nice colleagues and the familiar atmosphere have convinced him.
He attends the IT security branch of the HTBLA Traun and completes his mandatory internship with us. "I can work really freely here. When I program something here, I can figure out how to do it myself," he reports. "But if I need help, I can always ask someone."
The flexible time management at INFORMATICS appeals to him very much. Due to the flexitime system, he can decide for himself how early he comes in - and thus also how soon his working day ends. Finally, Lian's hobbies need enough time, because in his free time he is very active and plays volleyball at ATSV St. Martin, goes horseback riding and rides his bike a lot. But it's not just the independent work that he appreciates, but also the many benefits on offer: "You get sweets, snacks and drinks for free, of course that's cool."
In terms of content, he finds his job at INFORMATICS challenging at times, but that's what he enjoys. "The coolest thing I learned at INFORMATICS was new concepts in programming through ABAP," Lian explains.
