We have something to celebrate… namely our 35th anniversary!
We certainly haven’t been a startup for a long time now. And like many companies that have been in business for decades, we’re currently undergoing a generational shift. To illustrate what that means, we came up with the idea of forming groups of “old hands” and “youngsters.” The following questions were asked of each pair:
- What has the "young" learned from the "old," and vice versa?
- How is the collaboration going?
- What made “Alt” decide to work at KEK and remain loyal to the company for so long?
- What made "Jung" decide to join KEK, and what does he or she like about it?
